Attention You Damned Fanatics!!!!!!
This just in. I am in Newcastle Australia at present. Hours ago, I got an e-mail from my old pal Rat Scabies of The Damned. He is in LA at the moment. I told him I was returning to LA on Monday and asked if he would come in and do the show with me on Tuesday. He said yes. So, before the show, he and I will pick some music to play and head down to the station. I plan on bringing in some rare Damned stuff to see if we can jog Mr. Scabies memory and get some interesting anecdotes out of the man.
     Rat is an interesting guy who saw some serious Punk Rock go down in his life. Talk about a guy who was really there! The Damned used to do shows with The Ruts, so there’s some stories there. The first time I saw The Damned was also the first time I saw The Bad Brains on a hot summer night in DC 1979, so there’s some stories there too. I think we’re going to have a good time.
     So, this coming Tuesday, Feb. 7th, turn your Damned dial or connect your Damned computer to the Damned to Indie 103, 8 – 10 PM west coast time for Rat Scabies and myself. It’s going to be a great one!!!

Hello Fanatics. As I write this, tonight's broadcast is broadcasting. Engineer X said he was going to play some old broadcasts for tonight's show as we had nothing prepared. I am sure he played some good music. I will be live next week. I am almost out the door to soundcheck here in Canberra Australia. The shows have been going well. The Stooges were amazing the other night in Melbourne and they played Not Right for the first time since I've seen them here in Australia and it was incredible. What a song. Anyway, get ready for a great show next week and thanks for listening. Henry
